Our lodge is kept and equiped to a high standard giving you a comfortable sensibly priced accommodation for your quiet break or fishing holiday. An ideal base for exploring the lovely Norfolk countryside and local attractions during the day, with an early morning or evening fishing session to make a perfect day during a lovely holiday.
For 2020 the lodge is only available to lease on a weekly basis only, eg. 7 nights Saturday to Saturday.
However we have taken some advanced short break bookings before this policy was confirmed and this has created some other short breaks to fill the diary. Please check the availability chart.

The lodge is on the West bank of Heron pool, with the swim at the end of the balcony reserved for you during your stay
Behind the lodge you will find Kingfisher Pool to overlook and investigate.
Mallard lake is a well established quality fish water and can be found approximately 100 metres from the lodge.
The overall site is 10 acres with three lakes and ponds covering a total area of three and a half acres, this tells you there is plenty of space for five caravans and a couple of lodges and with more than 30 swims available to fish, long gone are the days when you have to be up and fishing by 6am just to get some fishing in whilst you are on holiday; here we can assure you there is plenty of room for all.
To stay in one of our holiday lodges, it will cost you:
Lodge (Low Season) 7 night stay (Saturday to Saturday only)- upto 2 persons
Lodge (Low Season) 7 night stay (Saturday to Saturday only)- upto 4 persons
Lodge (High Season) 7 night stay (Saturday to Saturday only)- upto 2 persons
Lodge (High Season) 7 night stay (Saturday to Saturday only)- upto 4 persons
High Season applies to all July and August bookings
Christmas fortnight (19th December to 2th January) is classed as High Season.
Guests are required to supply their own towels and bedding including pillows.
No towels will be provided and beds will be provided with the bottom sheet only.
A Full laundry (bedding and towels) can be provided for an additional £10 per night.
All fishing is charged seperately.
SPECIAL INCLUSIVE LOW SEASON DEAL
£500 for two people to share a lodge (bedding & Towels not included) for one week (7 nights) with fishing for both with up to 2 rods each on any of the lakes during your stay.
£650 for four people to share a lodge (bedding & Towels not included) for one week (7 nights) with fishing for all with up to 2 rods each on any of the lakes during your stay.

Selling Holiday Lodges and leasing plots.
Now is your chance to own one of these beautiful lodges overlooking Heron Pool in the position of your choice.
We are increasing the number of holiday lodges around Heron Pool by selling one of the two existing units on the West bank and the other two plots will be sold as leasehold for you to choose the lodge you prefer or design from the Tingdene range. Three plots on the East bank are also be available on a leasehold arrangement.
Each lodge will have an external look in keeping with our original lodges and be constructed to the same high standard.
That is to say, full residential specification, fully furnished and decorated to the owners internal design, with full decking and balcony, and full access to all the onsite fishing.
We have lodges for sale from as little as £85,000, this is an inclusive cost for the lodge, plot and decking surround. Just ready for you to turn the key and enter your new life as a holiday home owner.
The reasonable ground rent is paid on an annual basis.

Each lodge has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a full bathroom complete with an over-bath shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge / freezer point, gas oven and gas 4 ring hob. The living area is furnished with a three piece suite, coffee table, TV cabinet.
